Hi, I’m Matt. Welcome to Relatively Fixed.
Relatively Fixed is a web design blog I started because I love web design. I’ve learned almost everything I know from great people in the community sharing their knowledge. This is my way of giving something back. I hope that I can help aspiring web designers in the same way I was helped.
My plan for this blog is simple. All I want to do is help others learn about web design by offering tutorials, tips, news, etc. in a way that fun and engaging. So if you don’t like random bad jokes and type-o’s, this blog isn’t for you.
About Me
I guess I should say something about myself. My name is Matt Sparks and I live in the wonderful city of Lexington, KY. I’ve been playing around with web design for over 10 years, either for pure interest, on my own projects, or doing freelance. I got my start with web design somewhere around 1998 with a free Angelfire page (if you know what that is, you win). When I’m not sitting in front of a computer screen, I usually have a guitar in my hand (or I’m asleep, or both).
If something looks weird tell me.
